The KCM12 High-Speed Paper Cup Machine, as a core exhibit, performed outstandingly. It achieved a production speed of 100-150pcs/min, adapted to various specifications from 2.5-22OZ, reduced energy consumption by more than 25% compared with traditional equipment, and realized fully unmanned operation covering automatic paper feeding, forming and labeling. Its compatibility with a variety of environmentally friendly papers and intelligent energy management system perfectly aligned with the global low-carbon production trend, helping customers significantly enhance the added value of their products in the high-end market.

The KWT External Labeling Machine adopted servo precision positioning technology, with a labeling error of ≤±0.5mm, and could be adapted to containers of different specifications. It helped customers reduce labor costs by more than 30% and significantly lower quality complaint rates, solving the industry pain points of low manual labeling precision and unstable efficiency. With high automation and stable operation performance, it easily handled various labeling tasks for paper products, meeting customers' strict requirements for high-quality production.
