WT-22 double wall cup machine comes with open intermittent indexing cam mechanism, gear transmission, longitudinal axis structures. The whole machine adopt automatic lubrication system, which makes all mechanical parts working much more smoothly. It can make the hollow type and ripple wall on the same machine, suitable for making coffee cup, tea cup with two layer.

It makes double wall paper cup/bowl after running a whole procedure of automatic paper (fan-sleeve) feeding, sleeve-cone-body sealing (by ultrasonic wave), water-glue spraying (spray glue inside the cone-sleeve), cup/bowl feeding (absorb cup into the cone-sleeve), inserting and bonding sleeve to the cup, collecting with the function of photo electric detection, fault alarm, and count.
